Services & Expectations
$800 Minimum Fee Includes:
- 200 Registered participants for single race (10K or shorter distance) within 1 hour travel from 98366 zip code
- Electronic chip Finish (no chip start - AKA gun time finish)
- Includes 1st 200 bibs with RFID chips affixed when using our company provided bibs.
- Secondary electronic chip finish timing (independent backup)
- Race finish video (used as reference when necessary)
- Electronic Display clock
- 15 ft finish line threshold
- Finish chute flagging and poles up to and beyond the finish line (as needed)
- Large start and finish feather flags or inflatable arch if conditions allow
- Live results scrolling 1 screen and printer (for multiple races or races with over 200 add $150)
- Printed list of competitors for packet handout
- Printed results on race day
Expectations and Notes:
- $200 (or $1 per anticipated entry if more than 200 entries expected) non-refundable Save the Date Fee will apply towards final client balance
- Online registrations and any mail-in registrations must be closed and delivered to Peak Performance Timing 3 days** prior to first available date for packet pickup (**Talk to us about using The RunSignUp platform to allow online registration to remain open longer)
- Custom bibs and/or pins procured by the race director must be delivered to Peak Performance Timing 1 month prior to race date for processing
- Race director must be available via cell and email to resolve questions
- Access to all event timing locations 3 hours prior to start of the event to allow for set up and testing of all services
- Finish and Start lines must be clearly marked, including direction of Finish and Start for athletes
- Immediate notification of changes to location, date, or time of events as well as any changes to event set up or award categories
